See "Lines
of Pacific Electric" Info on the ERHA website
In the top map, page 925, the southeast corner of Sunset & Vermont is in the upper left. The property there is marked "NURSERY" (Lettuce)" Now part of Childrens' Hospital. The right-of-way appears to have crossed Sunset just east of the east side of Vermont. This page must be a 1920s revision of the map, as the rail line is obviously gone, and subdivision has begun. At the botton, the right-of-way enters Fountain Avenue between 4609 & 4619 Fountain
Second map, page 939, on the south side of Fountain, the r/w is between 4600 & 4612 Fountain. It crosses La Mirada Avenue between 4611 & 4629 on the north side, and on the south side it's between 4600, an un-numbered lot (possibly two lots), and then 4628 La Mirada.
It then cuts thru the northeast corner of 4583 Lexington (also labelled as 1201 N Lyman Place) and enters Lyman Place which it crosses, and then crosses Lexington Avenue east of Lyman, going back to private way.
On the bottom map, page 940, it leaves Lexington immediately east of what's shown as a north/south "private alley" (between Madison and Westmoreland) and immediately west of 4564 Lexington. the r/w angles behind 1179, un-numbered, and 1163 N Westmoreland. It enters Westmoreland Avenue between 1163 and 1147, immediately next to 1147 N Westmoreland.
The next map, showing the east side of Westmoreland (not on this page) shows no sign of the right of way. Either that map was prepared later, or the east side had already been completely reclaimed for lots, or the railway stayed IN Westmoreland south to Santa Monica Blvd.
